iPhoneography 2 Workshop in Collaboration with LKG!

I am so excited to announce a unique professional learning opportunity in collaboration with Louise Kool and & Galt (LKG)!  On Monday, March 20th, 2017 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (3h) I will be offering one of my #TransformEdWorkshop sessions within their amazing showroom space.  If you haven't already been there, it looks like a model classroom and is the perfect place for hands-on learning!

Session topic: iPhoneography part 2 - How to enhance your photographs and make learning more visible

This workshop will review some photography tips, and go beyond sharing my personal journey to actually having live demonstrations of how my favourite editing apps work.  Participants will be given the opportunity to practise these new strategies while documenting each other using the latest play-based/inquiry-based/Reggio-inspired materials from Louise Kool & Galt (LKG)!  The idea is that what you learn in the moment can be transferred into the classroom while your students are exploring!

If you are interested, we are only able to host 25 participants at a time.  I will generate a waiting list for a second session if need be...

During dinner you will also have the chance to network with other educators interested in using photographs as part of their classroom documentation.  I will make myself available to answer any of your on the spot questions or for one-on-one app support!

Please bring an iPhone, iPad, or your digital camera to the session.  My apps are from Apple devices, however, you are welcome to join with a friend and capture on your smart device/tablet but edit with your school's iPad or share the technology tools.

Finally, all those who attend will receive a certificate of completion!
