I hope that those of you who were off this week had a lovely spring break, and took the time to enjoy life's simple pleasures!

When I was in Reggio Emilia Italy, I learned to value each moment in order to take in all the beauty their town had to offer.  I continue to remember this lesson and stop whenever I can to take in the aroma of fresh flowers (as seen in the above picture from a fruit market downtown), admire the mysteries of our natural environment, and walk wherever/whenever possible.
