My 2013 Wishes

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year filled with joy, good health, love, and peace.

Thank you for continuing to follow our blog and learning alongside us.  We look forward to another great year together.

May 2013 be our best year yet!

I included the photo above to share with you the type of moments we will continue to try and observe, listen, and document for during the new year.
Our intrigue makes us ask:
What are the children curious about?  What are they passionate about?  What is important to them?  What are they expressing or trying to communicate with their creations?

My Wishes for a...

H - Hundreds of opportunities to explore, create, and learn.
A - Abundant questions to inquire about.
P - Precious moments to share and celebrate.
P - Parents, teachers, students, and the community as partners.
Y - Year to connect and collaborate in person and online.

N - New memories to create and cherish.
E - Embedded literacy and mathematics opportunities throughout play-based, inquiry-based, and project work.
W - Ways to document learning that highlight aha moments.

Y - Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift.  Treat each day as though it is worthy of a miracle.
