Our Personal Best Journals

Today Mrs. Ham and Ms. Babalis showed the students how to create a blog post.

Here is what they came up with:

H.W.: We made our new personal best journals using stickers!

T.M.: We write our personal best writing in our journals.

L.N.: We clip our journals onto the writing wall with the new page every day!

An.Si.: We like the journals because we can do more writing in them!

Ai. St.: Sometimes we use our personal best writing journals and sometimes we can post our other writing.

D. B.: We can post pictures, cards, procedure, books, a plan, or our journals.

We used the PicCollage app to share the photos with you:

J.A.: We hope that you like it!

M.Y.: You are welcome to come to our class anytime!

  1. Mrs. Ham and Ms. Babalis were so impressed with the enthusiasm and engagement that these new personal best writing journals provided our students. Look at how many children were at our creative expressions table!

    Simply a wonderful day!

  2. This is an amazing idea to teach kids how to adapt to technology as well as be motivated to keep on writing more.
Thanks for introducing new techniques all the time ! An. Si.'s mom

("Where did you come upon this idea to teach us how to make a post?" -Question by An. Si.)

  3. I have a question about your classroom. What are the colored items above the children's cubbies? It looks so pretty! :)
